Thee Best Massage operates out of a moblie massage van.

 

We can be a feature at your Employee Appreciation Event! We host events in nieghborhoods for block party events, birthday parties and Self Care Parties.

 

We can also cater to individual appointments.

 

TBM requires an intake form filled out by each client before confirming appointments to ensure that we can provide the correct service to the client in a timely manner.

 

When group parties book, each individual member will be interviewed about party session prior to event. There are no last minute event times available due to this need of the industry. This is not a good option for surprise events.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

2 week advance notice is required when cancelling an event. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule the event time. If you are unable to give us 2 weeks advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your event. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled event.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
